I will die on this hill: Spring is the perfect time to start new habits/goals. Way better than New Year’s. (I wrote a whole thing about it here.)
The sun is out! The days are longer! Motivation organically increases. We naturally want to be more visible rather than in a cozy hibernation mode.
So if you opted out of New Year’s energy earlier this year, or you’ve lost a bit of that resolution feeling, I want to invite you to consider creating some springtime habit systems with me.
If you know my story, I went from someone who always felt behind and low-grade anxious 100% of the time always saying, “I’m terrible at this!” to someone who says, “Oh. I just need a system for this.”
Then I went and created all of those systems, one by one, until my whole life was running automatically, freeing up brain space for the stuff I actually cared about.

My story in a nutshell: I was constantly getting FIRED UP and then completely ditching my habits. Now I’m someone who has stuck to these systems for years. (If you had told me in 2020 that I would lift weights 3x a week for 5 years in a row and ENJOY it, I would not have believed you.)
