I'm nearing the editor's turn in the entire manuscript deadline of my BOOK. I've entered a hyperfixation to a level I've never previously unlocked. I keep blacking out then re-reading and wondering 'who wrote that'? I think...that's a good thing? (Idk. Maybe don't tell me if it's bad.)

🔬 WHY IT ACTUALLY MATTERS
After 6–8 hours without fluids, your blood volume drops, your brain tissue slightly shrinks, and cognitive function measurably dips. Even mild dehydration — just 1–2% — impairs memory, focus, and mood before you've even checked your phone.
Water is the cheapest performance tool you have. And most of us skip it.
